Nutritionally, we work on changing how you cook and eat. This might mean changing your cookware to avoid plastic, aluminum and Teflon. Dietary changes such as eliminating artificial colors, dyes and MSG; or adapting to be gluten-free (no wheat) and casein-free (no milk) diets. We might also encourage a detoxification program.
Mentally, we work on exercises (some physical) to build new pathways and expand the pathways that do work. We stimulate neurological recovery with neuro-sensory exercises and behavior modification therapies to develop techniques to approach your unique development challenges. This might include the removal of video games or tv.
The good news is that you don’t have to make all the changes all at once and often, many things can be added back into the routine sparingly after a period of detoxification and cleansing.
